These terms apply to services booked with Tidewell Plumbing Co. by phone, online or in person.
Quotes and pricing
We provide a written price before work begins. The price only changes if you approve a change in writing. Diagnostic fees are credited to the repair if you go ahead.
Scheduling and access
Arrival windows are estimates. Please make sure we can safely access the work area and the main water shut-off.
Guarantee
Our labour is guaranteed for two years from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts follow the terms in their service agreement.
Liability
We carry liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we could not reasonably have found, such as hidden corrosion.
