Quotes for planned work like repiping or remodels are free. Repair visits have a flat diagnostic fee, credited to the job if you go ahead.
Will the price change once you start?
No. You approve a written price first. If we discover something new, we stop and ask before doing anything extra.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, bank transfer and cash. Financing is available on larger jobs like water heater replacement and repiping.
How fast can you get here?
We dispatch the nearest crew straight away and give you a real arrival window on the phone, not a vague promise.
Do you charge more at night or on weekends?
There's an after-hours call-out fee, quoted on the phone before we send anyone. The repair price itself works the same way as any other time.
What should I do while I wait?
Shut off the main water valve, turn off the water heater, stay away from wet outlets, and take photos for your insurer.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician is state-licensed and background-checked, and we carry full liability insurance and workers' comp.
What does your guarantee cover?
Our labour is guaranteed for two years. If something we fixed fails, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
For most jobs, yes, or someone over 18 with access. For commercial sites we can work with your facilities team.
